On this episode of Spartan UP! podcast series, Entrepreneur Network partner Joseph De Sena meets with athlete and attorney Amelia Boone to discuss the daily habits that have driven her to success. A typical day for Boone starts with a 4:07 a.m. wake-up, followed by a 5 a.m. run. Boone gets to the office by 8 a.m., and she'll typically conclude her day with another trail run after work.

So how does this attorney do it all? She's committed. She explains that she gravitates toward the more difficult routes in life. From selecting what to eat for breakfast to opting to take the stairs over the elevator, Boone says that the hard decisions are what will shape you and help you grow.
