When it comes to social media, Pinterest is an image-heavy site that many business owners are still trying to figure out. If your product or service isn't inherently visual, should you even bother with being on Pinterest at all?

In his article "Pinterest Marketing Tips: What You Can Learn From 20 Big Brands," online marketing expert and Entrepreneur.com contributor John Rampton examines what a handful of big brands are up to on Pinterest and what you can learn from them and apply to your own marketing.

In this video, he touches on a number of lessons business owners can learn by simply paying attention to Whole Foods' Pinterest page -- everything from the types of images you pin to the very nature of posts you share. (Whole Foods' Pinterest page is doing fine despite how the company's stock price took a beating yesterday.)
